Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. You can choose to pay annually to receive a significant discount on the Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers. For example, the Pro Tier is $20 per month, but only $200 if paid annually, giving you two months entirely free.
What happens if I reach my monthly chat limit?
There are never any surprise overage fees. If your store consumes its allocated monthly chats, Raye will gracefully pause automated AI responses and display a notification in your billing dashboard. She will seamlessly transition to your human fallback message (e.g., capturing the customer's email and query) until your billing cycle resets or you upgrade your plan.
