Webfit UK ("we", "us", "our") operates the AI Blog Autopilot application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how privacy is maintained when you install our App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account. We request the minimum permissions necessary to operate the App:

• Store Information: Your store domain, email address, and locale to authenticate and communicate with you.
• Content Data: Read and write access to your Blogs, Articles, and Files/Images to publish the generated content.

We do NOT collect, process, or have access to your end-customers' personal data, orders, or payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and operate the App, specifically to authenticate your session, generate requested content via third-party AI APIs (Google), and publish that content to your store via Shopify's APIs.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your information with the following sub-processors solely for the provision of the service:

• Google (Gemini API): Your campaign prompts and topics are sent to Google to generate the text and images.
• Cloudflare: Our infrastructure provider where the App is hosted and data is securely stored.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

When you uninstall the App, we receive a app/uninstalled webhook from Shopify. Upon receipt, we automatically delete your active session tokens. If you wish to have your Campaign data completely erased, please contact us.
