Fill your content calendar effortlessly with AI, quick pastes, or detailed CSV uploads.

Now that your campaign blueprint is set and your tone of voice is dialled in, it is time to load up your queue with articles. Whether you want to let the AI do the heavy lifting, paste your own researched topics, or upload a detailed spreadsheet, you have complete flexibility in how you build your content calendar.

Method 1: The Quick AI List Generator

The fastest way to generate a month's worth of content.

  1. Launch the Tool: Click the Quick AI List button at the top of your queue.
  2. Enter your Topic: Type in your broad niche or SEO goal (for example, "Road Bikes").
  3. Generate: Click Generate 20 Ideas.

In a matter of seconds, the AI will populate your pending queue with 20 highly optimised article titles. Crucially, it doesn't just create titles—it writes a bespoke, hidden instruction brief for the AI writer for each specific article, giving it deep context before it even begins drafting.

Method 2: Bulk Add Ideas (Quick Paste)

Perfect if you already have a list of keywords or titles ready to go.

  1. Click the Bulk Add Ideas button.
  2. Select the Quick Paste tab.
  3. Simply type or paste your list of article titles directly into the box (ensure there is one title per line).
  4. Click Add to Queue. These articles will now sit in your pending list, ready to be written strictly using your campaign's master rules.

Method 3: Advanced CSV Upload

For total granular control at scale.

  1. Click the Bulk Add Ideas button and switch to the Advanced CSV Upload tab.
  2. Click Download CSV Template to get the correct spreadsheet format.
  3. In the spreadsheet, fill Column A with your Primary Topic (the title) and Column B with your Custom AI Instructions (specific guidance to deeply brief the AI on what you are trying to achieve).
  4. Drag and drop your saved CSV file into the upload zone and click Add to Queue.

You can repeat this process to stack as much content as you need!

Editing and Fast-Tracking Your Articles

Once your queue is loaded, you have total control over every individual post:

  • Fine-Tune the Brief: Click Edit / Details next to any pending article. Here, you can review the primary topic and the custom AI instructions. Feel free to tweak these and click Save Brief.
  • Skip the Schedule: Don't want to wait for the automated schedule? From the edit page, click Create this Article. This bypasses the timer and sends it straight to the processing engine.
  • View Live Posts: Once an article is generated and published, it will move to your Live Articles tab and can be accessed directly within the Blogs section of your Shopify Admin dashboard.
